摘    要:通过对影响茶树AFLP—银染技术体系的关键因素作对比研究,建立了一套优化的茶树AFLP分子标记体系.应用该体系研究不同茶树品种的AFLP指纹,结果同一引物对不同品种扩增及不同引物对同一品种扩增都呈现出十分丰富的多态性,图谱清晰,分辨率高。

Abstract:The optimized AFLP analysis system was established after a comparative study of the main factors that influenced the results of AFLP silver-staining method.Fingerprints of some cultivars were obtained by this AFLP silver-staining protocol,which showed that the fingerprinting polymorphism of different cultivars from the same primer or the same cultivars from different primers was quite abundant.The AFLP patterns could be visualized unambiguously with high resolution.
