| 摘 要： | 将 60只 5 2周龄蛋鸡分为三组 ,对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,两试验组分别饲喂含 3 %的大豆油和 3 %的花生油日粮 ,研究日粮中添加植物油对肝脏和胸肌中C 18系列脂肪酸的影响 ,结果表明 :日粮中添加 3 %植物油可明显提高生产性能。肝脏中硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量以及胸肌中硬脂酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。试验 1组肝脏和胸肌中亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量与试验 2组差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。

| Abstract: | layers at the age 52 weeks were randomly divided into three groups.The layers of control group were fed basal diet.The layers of two experiment group were fed diet with 3% soy bean oil and 3% peanut oil,respectively.The effect of supplment of plant oil in diet of layer on content of C-18 serial fatty acid in chest muscle and liver.The results showed that production performance of layer were improved when 3% plant oil were added into diet.Content of steoric acid,oleic acid,vaccenis acid and linolenic acid in liver and steoric acid,vaccenic acid and linolenic acid in chest muscle were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Content of vaccenic acid and linolenic acid in liver and chest muscle in experiment group 1 were significantly higher than that of the experiment group 2 (P<0.05). |
