喹烯酮对南方鲇生长性能的影响

摘    要:采用单因素梯度设计,以不添加任何促生长剂的饲料作对照,在饲料中添加25mg/kg、50mg/kg、75mg/kg、100mg/kg、125mg/kg的喹烯酮饲养南方鲇6周。结果表明:75mg/kg组增重率高于对照组,其它各组稍低于对照组。饲料中添加75mg/kg喹烯酮对南方鲇有一定增重促生长效果。

Effect of Quinocetone on Growth Performance of Southern Catfish Silurus Meridionalis

Abstract:An experiment was performed with southern catfish (Silurus meridionalis Chen) to study the effect of quinoceton on growth performance. Experimental fish were fed by artificial diets which have added quinoceton for 6 weeks. The control group has not added quinoceton in artificial diets and other five levels of quinoceton were 25, 50, 75, 100 and 125 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that the growth rate of 75 mg/kg group has significantly higher than control group ( P 〈 0. 05). And that of other four level groups have similar to control group but show a lower growth rate ( P 〉 0. 05 ). It suggests that the addition of 75 mg/kg quinoceton in diets could profoundly improve the growth performance, obtain the good animal feed conversion efficiency in southern catfish.
