不同处理稻草纤维类物质瘤胃的降解特性

摘    要:选用 4只装有瘤胃瘘管的山羊 ,采用尼龙袋法对 4种不同方法处理的稻草按 4× 4拉丁方设计 ,测定纤维类物质 (NDF、ADF、CEL和 HC)瘤胃降解率 .同时对 4种稻草进行了脆性测定 .结果表明 :氨化、微贮、调理稻草和普通干稻草 (对照组 ) NDF动态降解率分别为 32 .6 3%、30 .32 %、2 6 .79%和 2 1.6 6 % ;ADF动态降解率分别为 2 8.32 %、2 4 .87%、2 5.4 2 %和 19.35% ;CEL动态降解率分别为 35.15%、30 .19%、32 .51%和 2 7.51% ;HC动态降解率分别为 4 0 .0 4 %、2 9.88%、2 6 .77%和 2 3.0 4 % ;脆性测定结果分别为 56 .0 2 %、56 .16 %、57.87%和4 8.6 9% .可见几种处理都可使稻草瘤胃降解率提高 ,增加反刍家畜的采食量 ,尤以氨化最为明显 ,其次是微贮 .

Abstract:Four goats fitted with rumen fistula were selected, the nylon bag method were used to determine the ruminal degradability of fiber carbohydrate in 4 kinds of rice straw treated by different menthods such as 4×4 latin square design. Fragilities of 4 kinds of rice straw were determined at the same time. The results indicated that the effective degradabilities of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) in ammoniated rice straw, microorganism fermented rice straw, FP4 treated rice straw and common rice straw (control) were 32.63%, 30.32%, 26.79%, and 21.66%, respectively; those of acid detergent fiber (ADF) were 28.32%, 24.87%, 25.42%, and 19.35%,respectively; those of cellulose (CEL) were 35.15%, 30.19%, 32.51%, and 27.51%, respectively; those of hemicellulose (HC), 40.04%, 29.88%, 26.77%, and 23.04%, respectively; and the fragilities of 4 kinds of rice straw were 56.02%, 56.16%, 57.87%, and 48.69%, respectively. It was concluded that Ammoniation, microorganism fermentation and FP4 treatment might increase ruminal degradability of rice straw, and the intake amount of ruminant especially, ammoniation was the most significant, and microorganism fermentation was next.
