摘    要:本试验以6个品种(5个高羊茅:绿园、小野马、佛浪、红宝石和美洲虎3号,1个多年生黑麦草:卓越)草坪草种子为材料,每品种设置5种处理,研究不同含水量的砂基质引发对草坪草种子萌发及活力的影响.结果表明,各种砂引发处理均能明显提高草坪草种子的发芽势、发芽率、幼苗的鲜重、干重以及简化活力指数.不同草坪草种子的引发基质最适水分含量不同(绿园、红宝石和佛浪为2.0%,美洲虎3号为5.7%,小野马和卓越为7.4%).本研究认为,砂引发处理提高草坪草种子活力的方法简便有效,具有广泛的应用价值.

Abstract:Six turfgrass varieties were selected as materials to study the effect of sand priming with different moisture contents on germinating energy and vigor of turfgrass seeds. Five treatments were established with these six varieties, including five Festuca arundinacea (Green Park, Little Mustang, Finelawn, Ruby and Jaguar 3 ) and one Prennial ryegrass (Eminent). The results showed that germination rate, germination percentage, seedling fresh weight, dry weight and Simple Vigor Index (SVI) of turfgrass seeds were obviously improved through different sand priming treatments. The priming substrates of different turfgrass seeds had different bases of moisture content. The best moisture content of Green Park, Ruby and Finelawn were 2.0%, Jaguar 3 was 5.7%, Little Mustang and Eminent were 7.4%, respectively. Based on this experiment, the method of sand priming treatment to improve seed vigor is simple and effective, having the comprehensive value of application.
