| 摘 要： | 介绍了储油罐底外边缘板相对于混凝土基座立体位移的运动形态和环境变化对罐底外边缘板造成的腐蚀机理.分析了大型储油罐底外边缘板防腐保护采用传统方法效果不佳的原因,研发了适应于罐底外边缘板在混凝土基座立体位移的运动新型材料,并提出了罐底外边缘板防腐处理的新工艺和新方法.

| Abstract: | Three-dimensional movement state of bottom outer edge plate of oil tank opposite to the concrete base of oil tank and the corrosion of bottom plate induced from environment change are presented in the article. The cause in poor protection effectiveness of bottom outer edge plate for oil tank with traditional protection method is analyzed. A new material in anti-three-dimensional movement of bottom outer edge plate on concrete base is developed based on the analysis results and a new technology and method for the corrosion control of bottom outer plate of oil tank are put forward. |
