几株生产用小单孢菌质粒DNA的分离、鉴定和功能的研究

以庆大霉素生产菌——绛红小单孢菌（Micromonospora purpurea,M.p）,小诺霉素、庆大霉素生产菌——棘孢小单孢菌（Micromonospora echinospora,M.e）和西索霉素生产菌——伊尼奥小单孢菌（Micromonospora inyoensis,M.i）为研究材料,对其遗传性状特别是质粒DNA进行了分离、鉴别并对其功能进行了研究.结果表明：三株生产用小单孢菌质粒DNA与该菌产生孢子、色素有关,而与产生抗生素无关.说明这三株生产用小单孢菌产生抗生素的基因在染色体DNA上,从而为研究、改造这三株生产用小单孢菌染色体DNA遗传性状和提高产量奠定了基础.

Isolation and Identification of the Plasmid DNA in Three Micromonospora Strains Used in Production and Investigation of Their Functions

The gentamicin producer Micromonospora purpurea, the micromicin and gentamicin producer M. echinospora and the sisomicin producer M. inyoensis were used as the study materials and their plasmid DNA was isolated and identified. The results showed that the plasmid DNA in the three strains was related to spore and pigment production and unrelated to antibiotics production, suggesting that the genes of antibiotics production in them were located on their chromosome DNA. This work may be considered to have laid foundation for the study of the genetic characters of their chromosome DNA and raising antibiotics yield.
