汽车离合器电子控制研究

摘    要:通过对传统离合器操纵系统加以改进,将机械式人工操纵过程由电子控制的液压系统来完成,实现离合器的自动化控制。本文从分析离合器工作原理方面入手,结合电子与液压控制技术的特点,将汽车行驶过程中的所有工况分解为起步、换挡、点刹、制动4个动作,建立与离合器工作状态的联系,利用换挡杆、油门踏板、制动踏板的状态改变信号,控制液压系统工作油缸的油路,实现油缸推杆的往复运动,从而控制离合器的分离与接合,使普通变速器汽车和自动变速器汽车在操作上变得非常接近。提高操作的准确性,降低汽车驾驶的劳动强度,从而提高汽车行驶的安全性。本文主要研究电子控制实现的方法。

Abstract:The automatic control of clutch will be replaced by the electronic and hydraulic control system instead of conventional manual operation.According to the operation principle of clutch and the characteristics of electronic and hydraulic control technology,all of the operation processes of automobile are divided into starting,shifting,inching braking and braking,and then relation to working state of clutch is established.According to the state signals of the shift rod,accelerator pedal and brake pedal,the disengagement and engagement of the clutch is controlled as well as reciprocating movement of rod in the hydraulic system.Because the clutch will be controlled automatically by the operating unites,motorists can operate the automobile without the clutch pedal entirely.The security of automobile will be enhanced because of the increase in operation accuracy and the reducing of labor intensity.
