| 摘 要： | 以芦丁为标准物，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定水杉种子中芦丁的含量。结果表明，芦丁的线性检测范围为0．0004～0．0400mg／ml，加样回收率为99．6％，RSD为0．96％。

| Abstract: | With rutin as the standard substance,rutin content in seed of Metasequoia glyptostroboides was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method.The results showed that the linear detection range of rutin was 0.000 4-0.040 0 mg/ml,and its recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 0.96%. |
