毛豹皮樟苗木耐涝性评价指标筛选

摘    要:对毛豹皮樟4个品种在人为水涝胁迫下测定其叶片的可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、SOD、叶绿素含量,结果表明:涝害处理对SOD有显著影响,对叶绿素有极显著影响;品种对SOD有显著影响,对MDA有极显著影响;涝害和品种对可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白均没有显著影响,而对SOD则有显著影响。经主成分分析SOD与耐涝性有较好的相关性(R2=0.99563),SOD对毛豹皮樟耐涝性评价经检验精度都在98%以上。因此SOD可以作为毛豹皮樟耐涝性评价指标。

Abstract:The contents of soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar,chlorophyll and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of four varieties of Litsea coreana were determined with man-made flood stress.The results showed that the flood treatment had a evident effect on SOD,and had a extremealy evident effect on chlorophyll;the variety had a evident effect on SOD,and had a extremely evident effect on MDA;The flood and variety didn't have evident effects on soluble sugar and soluble protein,but had evident effect on SOD.Th...
