摘    要:本文根据1986~1990年在浙江省杨梅产地所测得的杨梅品质资料,结合实际观测的小气候和各气象站的资料,研究了不同坡向,不同海拔高度及不同地理位置杨梅品质与气候生态因子的关系.结果表明:在兰溪海拔500米范围内,杨梅酸度和可溶性固形物随海拔高度的分布呈一抛物线型,有一个酸度低、固形物高的高度范围.在浙江30°N左右的山地,与南坡相比,北坡的散射光与直射光之比的比例大,气温较低,空气湿度高,适宜杨梅生长发育,杨梅果形大、品质好.5~6月的气温、湿度与杨梅果实的酸度、固形物、糖酸比等相关性极好.本文还建立了杨梅果实品质各指标与气候生态因子的简单回归模式,比较计算值和实测值,精度较好.

Abstract:The effects of climatic ecological factors on fruit quality of bayberry were analysed based on the observed data from 1986 to 1990. The preliminary studies showed there was a range of optimum altitude above sea level and its tastiness was the best in this altitude. The microclimatic ecological conditions in the north slope were more suitable for bayberry than in the south slope, the quality of bayberry growing in the north slope was also better than in the south slope. The main climatic ecological factors that affect the fruit quality were air temperature, relative humidity and ratio of the humidity to temperature in May and June. The simple simulation model was established between total solute solids, titre acide, ratio of total solute solids to titre acide and-ratio of total solute sugar to titre acide of the fruit and mean temperature in May and June, and ratio of the humidity to temperature in June. A comparison was made between the simulated results and observed values.
