番茄中14种有机磷农药残留的毛细管气相色谱测定

摘    要:
建立了番茄中敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、甲拌磷、氧乐果、乐果、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟硫磷、对硫磷、甲基异柳磷、水胺硫磷、杀扑磷共14种有机磷农药的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。样品经乙腈提取,DB-1701P柱色谱分离,FPD检测器检测,基质匹配外标法定量。14种有机磷农药在内0.05~1.00 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.998 2,加标回收率为80.6%~109.5%,相对标准偏差为4.6%~11.3%。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高和定性准确等优点,满足残留分析的要求。

Abstract:
A capillary gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of 14 organophosphorus pesticides residues,including dichlorvos,methamidophos,acephate,phorate,omethoate,dimethoate,chlorpyrifos,parathion -methyl,malathion,fenitrothion,parathion,isofenphos -methyl,isocarbophos,methidathion in tomato sample.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,then separated in a DB-1701P column and detected with FPD detector.A matrix matched external standard was used for quantitative analysis.The calibration curves were in good linearity between the peak area and the concentration of 0.05-1.00 mg/L for 14 organophosphorus pesticides with correlation coefficients not less than 0.998 2.The spiked recoveries ranged from 80.6% to 109.5% with relative standard deviations of 4.6%-11.3%.The proposed method was simple,rapid,sensetive and accutate,and it could fit for the requirements of residue analysis.
