夹竹桃叶提取物的抑菌作用研究

目的]研究夹竹桃叶提取物的抑菌效果。方法]选用不同的提取溶剂提取夹竹桃叶的活性成分;运用二倍稀释法,以大肠埃希氏菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、八叠球菌为供试菌种,对夹竹桃叶的不同提取溶液抑菌作用进行了抑菌试验。结果]夹竹桃叶对6种供试菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强,其他细菌对其敏感性较弱。其中以浓度70%乙醇提取液的效果最佳。结论]夹竹桃叶不同提取液的抑菌效果存在差异,浓度70%乙醇提取液的抑菌作用最强。

Study on Bacteriostasis of Extract from Nerium indicum Mill. Leaf

Objective] The bacteriostasis of extract from Nerium indicum Mill. Leaf was studied. Method] By using the dilution method, choosing Escherichia coli,Proteus vulgaris,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis,Sarcina lutea as samples,the bacteriostatic effect of Nerium indicum Mill. Leaf was studied. Result] The Nerium indicum Mill. Leaf had effects of restraining bacterias on 6 samples. The Nerium indicum Mill. had the strongest bacteriostasis on Staphylococcus aureus, but the sensitivities of the others on Nerium indicum Mill. Leaf were weak. Thereinto, the effect of the 70 % alcohol extracts was the best. Conclusion] The bacteriostatic effects of different extracts had difference. And it was the strongest of the 70 % alcohol extracts.
