摘    要:运用弧形顶板模具结构回弹控制的原理对无凸缘U形件激光拼焊板弯曲回弹控制进行研究,考察补偿角、顶板力、凸模圆角半径、凸凹模间隙对激光拼焊板弯曲回弹的影响规律,并与光板进行对比;引入正交试验分析对影响激光拼焊板弯曲回弹的各参数进行了优化,试验表明,弧形顶板模具结构能有效控制激光拼焊板的回弹。

Abstract:Based on the controlling principle of arc roof mould structure springback,the bending springback contolling is studied on laser tailor-welded blank which is flangeless U-shaped part.The effects of compensation angle,roof force,punch radius and the clearance between dies are investigated,the comparison with common blank is also given.Then,orthogonal experimentation is introduced to optimize each parameter that influences the springback of laser tailor-welded blank.The result shows that the arc roof mould structure can effectively control the springback of laser tailor-welded blanks.
