一例山羊60,xx/60,xy嵌合间性的研究

本文对一例莎能间性山羊从行为、解剖和细胞遗传学方面进行了研究。与正常莎能山羊相比较,间性的行为和生殖系统的构造有很大的差异;经细胞遗传学的研究进一步证实,确定其染色体组型为60,XX/60,XY嵌合体。随机统计了165个分裂相,结果为60,XX型细胞占40%;60,XY型细胞占60%。分析几方面的结果,认为该间性属于雌雄同体嵌合型。

A Study on Intersexuality Associated with 60, XX/60, XY Mosaiciism in a Goat

The studies on behaviour, anatomy and cytogenetics of an intersexual goat (SANNEN) were undertaken. Between it and normal goats (SANNEN) there weer significant differences in the behaviour and the constitution of generative organ. Chromosome analysis revealed 60. XX/60, XY cell population in the blood. As a result of the cumulation of 165 metaphase plates made randoly, the 60, XY type cells were 40 percent and the 60, XY type cells were 60 percent in the blood. Because of all these, it was considered that the intersexuality was mosaicism associ-aed with dohermaphroditism.
