工程塑料在拖拉机上的应用

简介了工程塑料在泰山-25、泰山-12拖拉机上的应用。这两种拖拉机采用工程塑料件分别超过11种24件和12种26件,共重0.69公斤,代去金属材料8.2公斤。尼龙1010联轴节的使用寿命突破1万小时;MoS_2尼龙件的寿命比原用铁基粉末冶金件的成倍提高,其配合偶件的寿命也显著延长,并简化了工艺,降低了成本。

Application of Engineering Plastics in Some Tractors

The application of engineering plastics in Taishan-25 and Taishan-12 tractors is briefly introduced. The engineering plastic parts adopted on thosetwo tractors have been over 11 kinds with 24 pieces for Taishan-25 Tractor and 12kinds with 26 pieces for Taishan-12 Tractor respectively with a total weight of0. 69kg which have replaced metal parts 8.2kg. The service life of shaft couplingmade of Nylon 1010 has reached over ten thousand hours and the service life ofthe parts made of Nylon 1010 mixed with MoS_2 has increased several times thanthe parts previously made of iron-base P/M. Moreover the service life of theirmating parts has increased obviously. with the adoptation of engineering plasticparts, manufacturing processes have been simplified and cost reduced.
