东北内蒙古国有林区林业产业结构优化与政策建议

本文从产业间和产业内结构两方面,阐述了东北内蒙古国有林区林业产业演进历程;并运用区位商法理论对林区林业主导产业进行识别。研究结果表明,林区林业产业结构渐趋合理化,但仍需进一步优化:应选择木制品制造业和林业旅游与休闲服务业作为主导产业培育,并对木材采运业、锯材木片加工业衰退产业进行扶持和引导。从培育与合理利用森林资源,增加科技投入和推进科技创新,完善林业产权制度方面,提出了林区林业产业结构优化的具体对策和建议。

Optimization of Forestry Industrial Structure in Northeast and Inter Mongolia State-owned Forestry Region and Policy Suggestions

The paper elaborates the forestry industrial evolution process of Inner Mongolia state-owned forest areas in the northeast from the two respects of the industries and inner-industries structure. And the paper makes recognition of the leading industry using location quotient theory. The results show that forestry industrial structure is gradually reasonable, but it still needs further optimization; wood products manufacturing and forestry tourism and leisure service industry should be cultivated as the leading industries. The logging industry and timber wood processing industry should be supported and guided as the recessing industry. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the forestry industrial structure from the cultivation and utilization of forest resources, increasing investment in science and technology, and promote scientific and technological innovation, improve forestry property system.
