摘    要:以3个厚皮甜瓜为材料,研究了光照强度对甜瓜果实大小发育的影响.结果表明,甜瓜果实体积和鲜质量增长曲线为"S"型,果径增长集中在花后3周内,果实鲜质量增长主要集中在花后2~4周;果实大小主要由细胞数目所决定,大果型品种‘黄河蜜’的果实细胞数多于中果型品种‘银帝’,显著多于小果型品种‘玉金香’.遮光处理可显著减少开花时幼果细胞数目,最终细胞体积略小于对照.不同甜瓜品种和不同光照间果实细胞体积增长倍数差异不显著.

Abstract:Three cultivars of melon were employed to study the effects of light intensity on fruit size.The results indicated that melon growth curve showed a 'S' type.The size of fruit developed mainly in 3 weeks after flowering,and the weight of fruit happened in 2~4 weeks after flowering.The size of fruit depended significantly on cell number,the number of large-fruited 'Hanghemi' was more than that of middle-fruited 'Yindi',and significantly more than that of small-fruited 'Yujinxiang'.But no significant differences in cell volume increase were found among cultivars and treatments.Light intensity affected melon cell numbers and fruit size,but no significant differences in cell volume were found between shading and control.
