湖南出版业发展的问题及对策探析

在湖南省委宣传部的大力支持下，湖南出版业深化改革、加快发展，在报纸出版、图书出版、动漫出版、网络出版、印刷复制以及民营书业方面独具特色，在中国属于全国领先地位。但是，湖南出版业还存在报刊扶植资金力度不够、图书盗版现象严重、体制建设有待完善、出版品牌定位不够精准、行业发展的创新力度需要进一步加强、人才匮乏且配置不尽合理等问题。为了加快发展湖南出版业，要积极采取深化体制改革、彻底打击盗版、进行品牌管理、提炼经营模式、运用最新的信息技术指导、调整优化发展结构、打造完整的产业链、加大人才输送力度等措施。
