摘    要:目的]筛选最佳的棉花无土育苗营养液及最适壮苗效果的多效唑浓度.方法]通过参考前人研究,设计出4种无土育苗营养液配方,研究分析育出棉苗移栽后的农艺及经济性状影响差异,同时在筛选出的最佳配方育苗营养液中添加不同浓度多效唑,观测含有不同浓度的多效唑对棉花幼苗的调控效果.结果]筛选确定Ⅲ号营养液为最佳棉花无土育苗营养液配方,最适多效唑浓度为100 mg/L.结论]Ⅲ号营养液配方培养的棉苗壮而不旺,稳而不僵,根系发达,移栽成活率达到95;以上.100 mg/L多效唑浓度下的壮苗效果较好,1叶1心、2叶1心期棉苗株高变矮2.8和1.2 cm,两期茎粗增加0.015 5和0.005 4 cm.

Abstract:【Objective】To obtain the optimum soilless seedling nutrient solution formula and the best concentration of PP333 for cotton plant growth 【Method】Based on previous design,four cotton soilless seedlin nutrint solution were formulated and used for cotton plant cultivation.After transplanting,its agronomic and economic traits impact difference was studied and analyzed,at the same time adding different cocentration of PP333 into the optimum soilless seedling nutrient solution formulations to observe its regulating effect for cotton young plants.【Result】Selection confirmed that NoⅢ nutrient solution formula was the optimum solution for cotton soilless seedling,and the optimum concentration of PP333 was 100 mg/L.【Conclusion】Under NoⅢ the cotton plants were strong but not excessively growed;steady but not rigid,and with flourishing roots.The transplanting survival rate reached 95% and above.The cotton plants of 1 leaf and core,2 leaf and core become 2.8 and 1.2 cm shorter under 100 mg/L PP333 concentration treatment.The stem thickness for both periods has an increase of 0.015 5 and 0.005 4 cm.
