浅谈思想政治教育中的“对话”方法

思想政治教育中的对话方法是教育者和受教育者之间基于对话意识和对话精神而建立的一种思想交流活动。在思想政治教育中运用对话方法应坚持对话双方地位平等、换位思考、互相倾听的原则。提高思想政治教育主体的对话能力、增强思想政治教育客体的对话意识、加强思想政治教育内容的贴近性是在思想政治教育中运用对话方法的基本路径。

Talk about the dialogue method in the ideological and political education

In the ideological and political education,dialogue method is a kind of thought exchange activities between educators and people who accept education,based on the dialogue consciousness and dialogue spirit.In the ideological and political education,using dialogue method should insist on the following principle: equal status,perspective taking,listening to each other.In the ideological and political education,we have following basic ways to use dialogue method: improving the dialogue ability of the subject of ideological and political education;enhancing the dialogue consciousness of the object of ideological and political education;making the educational content to close to reality.
