中国东方蜜蜂分类研究结果和进展

本文概述了中国东方蜜蜂分类研究的发展概况,并总结了对68个地区188个样点的东方蜜蜂进行多重分析方法对形态测定的数据得出的结果:中国大陆的东方蜜蜂主要分为4个类群:1.生活在吉林、辽宁、北京和山西的东方蜜蜂;2.甘肃天水、四川中部的体型较大的东方蜜蜂;3.云南南部、广东、广西、香港合海南的体型较小的东方蜜蜂;4.中国其它地区的东方蜜蜂。这一最新结果与分子标记鉴定的结果相一致。

Research Progress of Apis cerana Taxonomy in China

Multivariate statistical analyses of the morphometric characters of worker bees of Apis cerana were collected from from 188 colonies at 68 localities throughout China, all the Apis cerana were belong to 4 clusters: (1) bees from Jinlin, Liaoning, Beijing and northern Shanxi provinces; (2) larger bees from southern Ganshu and northern and central Sichuan (larger Aba bees); (3) smaller bees from southern Yunnan, Guangdon, Guangxi, Hong Kong and Hainan and (4) bees from the rest of China. Entering only 12 characters into a stepwise discriminant analysis was sufficient to identify the four groups, the results are mainly coincided with the mtDNA analysis.
