广西农作物药害发生原因及预防对策

广西农作物药害呈现发生药害的作物种类和引起药害的农药种类增多、造成的经济损失较大、引发的经济纠纷增多的特点.引起农作物药害的因素有不合格的农药产品、农药的不合理使用、不适的环境和栽培条件.提出了加强农药市场管理和对农民科学用药的技术指导与宣传培训,大力发展先进施药器械,严格执行农药新产品的试验示范推广程序,鼓励登记或推广用于小作物的农药,成立农药药害鉴定专家委员会,引导农民合法维权等预防对策.

Occurring Reason of Agro - Chemical Pest on Guangxi Crop and Preventive Measures

The varieties of crops that are being polluted by agro- chemicals and the amount of agro - chemicals that are causing harmfulness on crops are appearing to increase in Guangxi, thus causing a great economic loss of crop and serious economic disputes in the rural area. There are many reasons that cause agro- chemical pests, such as unqualified agro- chemical products, inadequate application of agro- chemicals, less adaptive to environment and cultivating conditions etc.. Accordingly, preventive measures are put forwarded in this paper, such as strengthening of management of agro- chemical markets, technique guidance to farmers about the scientific application of agrochemicals, enhancing of information dissemination and training, production of advanced instruments for agro- chemical application, strictly following the procedures of carrying out experiment, demonstration and extension of new varieties of agro- chemicals, encouraging registration of application of agro-chemicals into small - scale crop, establishment of agro - chemical pest test commission and directing farmers to protect their own right etc.
