| 摘 要： | 适宜浓度的KH2PO4和Penicillin能明显提高小麦老化种子发芽率，发芽指数，活力指数，幼苗根系活力，叶片叶绿素含量及幼苗长率，且能适当降当降低其种子浸泡液的电导度。其中以0．025％KH2PO4 100mg/L Penicillin效果最好。

| Abstract: | Effects of KH 2PO 4 and Penicillin on the germination and growing of aged wheat seed were studied. The results showed that some characteristics were improved with the suitable concentration of KH 2PO 4 and Penicillin, such as germination percentage and index, vigour index, root system vigour and chlorophyll content of seedling, and the length of seedling. The solution electroconductivity of soaking seeds were decreased. Among all the treatments, 0.025% KH 2PO 4 and 100 mg/L Penicillin is the best combination. |
