| 摘 要： | 自2002—2004年，对广东梅州、重庆北碚、湖南石门的不同种类的柑橘（柑、橙、柚）进行了12次定点取样分离，共分离到柑橘内生真菌5642株，其中有5136株已鉴定，分别属于24个属，在这24个属中，出现频率在1％以上的只有Colletotrichum spp.，Fusarium spp.，Alternaria spp.，Penicillium spp..柑橘内生真菌的静息部位依种类而异，Colletrichum spp．主要分布在柑橘的叶片、枝条、果皮内；Fusarium spp．则主要分布在根中。 |

| Abstract: | Sampling had been done twelve times in certain places in Meizhou County(Guangdong Province),Beipei County (Chongqing City) and Shimen county (Hunan Province) from 2002 to 2004.Samples were from different species of citrus.5 642 strains of endophytic fugi in citrus had been isolated from all these samples.It was identified that 5 136 of the strains respectively belonged to 24 genera.Out of the 24 genera,only Colletrichum spp.,Fusarium spp.,Alterneria spp.and Penicillium spp.had the appearance frequency more than 1%.The results of research showed different species of endophytic fugi inhabited in different parts of plants.Colletrichum spp.mostly lived in leaves,branches and pericarps, but Fusarium spp.usually lived in roots. |
