| Abstract: | An investigation was conducted on the quality safety of flour machine and complete sets of flour processing equipment in small-scale flour mills in villages or rural towns. This article examines major problems in the quality and safety of flour processing machinery in China using the survey data. The main causes of these problems are analyzed and specific measures and suggestions are put forward accordingly. |
