Abstract:Qianliang Cha is one of the Anhua dark tea's representative products. Its processing technique is unique and has a long history. Up to now ,it's still customer's favorite. In this article, processing technique of Qian-liang Cha taken from the Hunan Provincial Baishaxi Tea Industry Co., Ltd is analyzed, which will make people fully realize its technique and quality characteristics.
