茶树Bt和Cpti双价抗虫基因转化研究(简报)

摘    要:利用转基因获得抗虫茶树品种是防治茶树害虫的重要途径。将含有Bt和Cpti双价抗虫基因的质粒转入感受态E.coitl DH5α菌株并进行培养、提取和扩增后的质粒,注入茶树花期的子房内,种植接种后的茶籽,并对获得的植株进行检测。

Abstract:To obtain pest resistence by genetically modification is one of the important techinique in tea pest control. Plasmid with Bt and Cpti was introduced into competent E.coli DH5a strain, and cultured. The amplified plasmid was extracted and injected into florescene tea ovary. The inoculated tea seed was planted, and the growing up tea tree was tested.
