| 摘 要： | 选取30只怀孕德国牧羊犬,在交配后20～40d用B/M超声进行早孕诊断。结果表明,75%的犬于第20天探测到孕囊,第24天可见胎心搏动,第27天怀孕诊断准确率为100%,第30天预测胎儿个数最准确,M型超声心动图可准确判断胎儿存活状态。

| Abstract: | 30 pregnant German shepherd dogs were carried out early pregnancy diagnosis with the B/M mode ultrasonography during 20 to 40 days after mating. The results showed that: At 20th day, pregnancy sac of 75% dogs could be detected; heart beat could be seen at 24th day; at 27th day, pregnancy diagnose accuracy rate was 100%; at 30th day, prediction of fetal number was most accurate; M-mode ultrasonography can accurately determine the survival status of the fetus. |
