不同灌溉方式对香蕉产量和品质的影响

采用大田试验方法,研究了滴灌、漫灌、微喷灌3种灌溉方式对香蕉产量及品质的影响。结果表明,香蕉产量以微喷灌处理最高,分别比漫灌和滴灌处理增产2.3%和4.3%;漫灌处理的香蕉总糖、维生素C含量均显著高于滴灌和微喷灌处理,微喷灌处理的维生素C含量显著高于滴灌处理;可食率以微喷灌处理最高,漫灌处理最低,3种灌溉方式之间差异均显著;干物质含量以微喷灌处理最高,滴灌处理最低,二者间差异显著。在香蕉约100d的生长期内,微喷灌处理的用水量比漫灌少约19%。综合来看,在3种灌溉方式中,微喷灌是在最适宜于香蕉的方式。

Effects of different irrigation methods on the yield and quality of banana

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different irrigation methods（drip,flood and sprinkler irrigation） on yield and quality of banana in Nanning,Guangxi.The results showed that the yield of banana treated with sprinkler irrigation was higher（61121 kg / ha） and increased by 2.3% and 4.3% over drip and flood irrigation methods,respectively.The total sugar and vitamin C contents of banana treated with flood irrigation were significantly higher followed by the sprinkler and drip irrigation methods,and the vitamin C content of banana treated with sprinkler irrigation was higher than that of drip irrigation.It was found that there was significant difference among banana edible rate in different treatments,in the plants treated with sprinkler irrigation it was the highest and least with the flood irrigation.The dry matter content of sarcocarp in sprinkler irrigation method was the highest and significantly higher than that of drip irrigation.Compared with flood irrigation,sprinkler irrigation was found to save 19% water during 100 days of growth.The data in present study revealed that sprinkler irrigation method was the most suitable and water saving method of irrigation for cultivation of banana crop.
