甜菜块根农艺性状的遗传变异及相关性和主成分分析

摘    要:以25个新疆甜菜品系(种)为材料,对块根8个主要农艺性状进行变异系数、相关性和主成分分析。结果表明:根头长度的变异系数较大为29.14%,根宽的变异系数最小为7.86%。在相关性上,糖甜菜根宽、根颈周长、根头长与根重呈极显著正相关;甜菜含糖率与根体长度呈极显著的正相关。主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分对含糖率变异的累计贡献率达到85.21%,对根重变异的累计贡献率达到88.53%。首先对变异大的性状进行选择是非常重要的,在含糖率性状选择上,应注意选择根颈长度、根颈周长、根体长度大,根沟较深的品系(种)。在根重性状选择上,应注意选择根宽、根颈周长、根颈长度大,根沟较浅的品系(种)。

Genetic Variation,Correlation and Principal Component Analysis on Agronomic Traits of Sugarbeet Root

Abstract:The genetic variation,correlation and principal component of eight agronomic traits of 25 sugarbeet cultivars were analyzed,and the sugarbeet cultivars are mainly planted in Xinjiang.The results showed that coefficient of variation,root-tip length was the greatest about 29.14%,and rood-width was the least about 7.86%.Correlation analysis indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between root weight and rood-width,circumference of root crown,root-tip length,and between sugar content of beet and root-body length.Principal component analysis showed that the first three principal components accounted for 85.21% on total variation of sugar content,and total variation of sugar root weight was 88.53%.It was an important for great variant agronomic traits to select.For sugar content breeding,it is considerable to select length of root crown,circumference of root crown,length of root-body and deep root-ditch.The wide root breadth,long circumference of root crown,length of root-body,length of root crown and superficial root-ditch would be considered for root weight breeding.
