食源性致病菌快速检测技术研究进展

摘    要:食品安全问题日益受到各国政府和人民的普遍关注。由食源性致病菌引起的食源性疾病是影响食品安全的最主要因素之一。对在食源性致病菌快速检测中应用前景广阔的多重PCR技术、生物芯片技术、酶联免疫法、免疫胶体金技术、蛋白芯片技术及生物传感器技术进行了概述,为食源性致病菌快速检测体系的建立提供依据。

Rapid Detection Technology of Food-borne Pathogen

Abstract:Food safety problems are being paid more and more attention by governments and people from all over the world.Food-borne disease caused by food-borne pathogenic bacteria is one of the most important factors influencing food safety.So some rapid detection technologies such as multiplex PCR,microarray,ELISA,immune colloidal gold,protein microarray and biosensor were introduced,which aimed to provide some basis for the establishment of food-borne pathogenic bacteria rapid detection system.
