| Abstract: | The positive roles of the peasant associations in early period after the founding of new China were summarized and analyzed. Combined with the current rural reality,it was proposed to rebuild the peasant association,in order to integrate the rural construction power,coordi-nation cadres and masses relationship in rural areas,maintain the peasants' rights,promote the political civilization construction in rural areas and the socialistic agricultural modernization. |
