| 摘 要： | 目的]研究在亚洲百合无土栽培中能够替代泥炭的新型基质材料。方法]在混配基质中用麦秆、玉米杆、椰糠、菇渣、豆荚5种有机废弃物作为亚洲百合品种‘普瑞头’无土栽培基质,设置7个处理,研究不同处理对亚洲百合生长发育的影响。结果]7种混配基质的各项理化指标均在无土栽培基质的理想范围内,其中2份珍珠岩：2份蛭石：3份椰糠：3份沙子栽培的百合生长发育综合表现最好。结论]2份珍珠岩：2份蛭石：3份椰糠：3份沙子可替代泥炭作为亚洲百合的无土栽培基质。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to get a new substrate to replace peat in soiless culture of Lilium Asiatic hybrids.Method] The effects of five kinds of organic waste,including wheat-straw,corn stalk,coir dust,mushroom residue and bean pod on growth and development of Lilium ‘Prato’ were investigated.Result]The results showed that the physical and chemical characteristics of seven treatments met the requirements of soiless culture.In the treatment V(perlite):V(vermiculite):V(coir dust):V(sand) 2:2:3:3,the plants had the best comprehensive performance of growth and development among the 7 treatments.Conclusion ]This mixed substrate could be used as substitute of peat in soiless culture of Lilium ‘Asiatic hybrids’. |
