| Abstract: | Abstract Agricultural productivity in India has hardly increased in the past 25 years. Inefficient plant protection services are held responsible to some extent by the author. Suggestions for improvements in surveillance and diagnosis and emphasis on cultural control and safe storage are made with an example from the Saharanpur District. |
