| 摘 要： | 就缓冲材料的弹性模量对鸡蛋跌落冲击特性的影响进行了试验研究,对试验数据的分析发现,缓冲材料的弹性模量对冲击力峰值和碰撞时间影响极显著;建立了回归方程,并对回归方程进行了曲线拟合,得出缓冲材料弹性模量与碰撞参数之间的变化规律,可以为鸡蛋的加工、包装和运输提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | The influence of the elastic modulus of cushion materials on peak force and impact time was stud-ied. Of test data analysis, the elastic modulus of materials evidently influence the impact parameters, such as contact time and peak force. The regression equations have been established. The curves fitting have been made for the regression equations. The relationship between every factor and impact parameters were found. It may provide certain reference for processing, packaging and transporting eggs. |
