摘    要:农田土壤取样是进行测土施肥的第一步,也是关键的一步.新疆兵团农场土地面积大,取样数量多,工作量大.应用中心极限理论和最适分配法对142团农田土壤养分变异和取样数量进行了分析,结果表明:大量元素中以磷和氮、微量元素中以锌和硼变异系数最大;142团农田土壤合理取样的总数为480个,比现有取样数量591个减少111个.对各连队分别取样比以全团作为均质的整体取样数量要少,并且能达到同样的效果;在实际取样过程中,可以根据取样目的、分析项目的不同,确定采样方法、范围和数量.

Abstract:Sampling in farmland is the first step for testing soil nutrients and fertilizer commendation. The farmland area of Xinjiang is large, and it is in large quantity to take samples. Using Limit of Centre Theory and Rational Distributed Sampling, the soil nutrients variability and rational sampling quantity has been analyzed. The result shows : The phosphorus and nitrogen in macro-nutrient and the zinc and boron in macro-nutrient have the greatest coefficient of variation; the max rational sampling quantity in the farm No.142 is 480, 591 reduce by 111 than quantity of sampling quantity now. Sampling quantity to every unit of the farm is less than to the whole farm. In the course of sampling, actually, the sampling method, range and quantity can be determined according to the purpose of sampling and the different nutrients to test.
