高职高专食品类专业实验室建设的思考

摘    要:食品行业的发展急需大量的食品专业技术人才.高职高专食品类专业人才就业方向主要是食品生产加工企业,需要极强的动手能力.实验室作为高校进行实践教学活动的重要场所,在提高教学质量,培养学生实践能力和创新思维方面起着举足轻重的作用.从资源共享、精密仪器及设备的维护保养、实验人员的培训等方面,提出加强实验室建设和管理的思考.

Abstract:The development of food industry urgently needs a large number of professional and technical personnel of food.The employment direction of professional personnel of food are mainly the food manufacturers,where the strong practical abilities of students are needed.As the important practical teaching site in universities,laboratory plays an important role in improving teaching quality,training students' practical abilities and creative thinking.The thoughts on the construction and management of laboratory are put forward from the aspects of resource sharing,maintenance of precision instrument and equipments,and training of laboratory technician.
