| 摘 要： | 研究了邻苯二酚、氮酮和硫酸钙3种化学物质对七叶一枝花(Paris polyphylla Smith)提取物防治柑桔全爪螨(Panoychus citriMcGregor)的增效作用。结果表明:七叶一枝花乙醇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物单用对柑桔全爪螨的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为1 588.537、1480.071、1 402.954μg/ml;邻苯二酚对七叶一枝花乙醇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物均有显著增效作用,LC50分别为284.506、582.295、897.323μg/ml,分别增效5.6、2.5和1.6倍;氮酮仅对七叶一枝花乙醇提取物有增效作用,增效2.1倍;硫酸钙对七叶一枝花氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物均有增效作用,分别增效1.4和2.1倍。

| Abstract: | Synergistic effect of three chemical substances on Paris polyphylla Smith against Panoychus citri McGregor was studied.Results showed that LC50 of P.polyphylla extracts with ethyl alcohol,chloroform and ethyl acetate alone were 1 588.537 μg/ml,1 480.071 μg/ml and 1 402.954 μg/ml,respectively.Pyrocatechol had noticeable synergistic effect and the LC50 were 284.506 μg/ml,582.295 μg/ml and 897.323 μg/ml and the multiple synergistic effects were 5.6,2.5 and 1.6,respectively.HP-Ⅰhad synergistic effect only on P.polyphylla extracts with ethyl alcohol and the multiple synergistic effect was 2.1.Calcium sulfate had synergistic effect both on P.polyphylla extracts with chloroform and ethyl acetate and the multiple of synergistic effects were 1.4 and 2.1,respectively. |
