| 摘 要： | 对铁皮石斛组织培养育苗和组培苗培植技术进行研究,结果表明:在MS培养基中添加6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L+50 g/L椰子汁有利于芽苗的增殖;在1/2MS培养基中添加6-BA0.1 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+50 g/L椰子汁有利于小苗生根和植株生长。搭建大棚移植铁皮石斛组培苗,采用高架苗床,选用松树皮和花生壳(v/v=4∶1)为基质,移栽成活率可达95%以上。 |

| Abstract: | The tissue culture and cultivation techniques of Dendrobium officinale were studied, the results showed that: the MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L IAA 0.5 mg/L 50 g/L coconut juice was good for bud proliferation; the 1/2MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.1 mg/ L IBA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L 50 g/L coconut juice was good for rooting and growth of seedlings.The transplantion survival rate could reach above 95%,when the plantlets of D. officinale were planted under the conditions of greenhouse, elevated seedbed and growing media with pine bark peanut shell (v/v =4:1). |
