| 摘 要： | 本文针对9R-40型揉碎机抛送段工作中易出现排料堵塞现象,进行揉碎机抛送段的性能分析,并结合工作特点、物料本身的物理特征进行分析与研究。通过分析提出改进意见,在抛送段入口处加环形挡板、改变抛送叶片安装角从而提高抛送效果,降低转速从而提高度电产量,为以后揉碎机的设计与生产提供理论依据。 |
