油桃菌核病菌原分子检测

摘    要:
通过病原菌形态学和致病性测定的方法对引起设施油桃花腐的病原菌进行了分离鉴定,采用PCR技术扩增病菌DNA-ITS基因,序列测定结果表明该片段序列与GenBank已有的Sclerotinia sclerotiorum序列的同源性达到100%。综合2种方法鉴定结果,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum是引起设施油桃菌核病的致病菌。

Abstract:
A pathogenic fungus causing flower rot of greenhouse-grown nectarine was isolated and characterized based on the pathogenic morphology and pathogenicity.By using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique to amplify rDNA-ITS of the isolate,the results revealed that rDNA-ITS sequence of the isolate and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum shared 100% homology,which was compared in NCBI GenBank.Synthesized two identification results indicate that Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was the pathogen causing nectarine sclerotinia.
