| 摘 要： | 硬皮病是一种以组织纤维化、闭塞性血管炎和产生大量自身抗体为特征的结缔组织病,病因及发病机制至今尚未完全明了,尚无理想的治疗药物和方法。该文对建立硬皮病模型动物的选择进行了比较,介绍了应用博来霉素诱导Balb/c小鼠产生硬皮病样病变以及应用V型胶原重塑新西兰兔硬皮病样改变等建立硬皮病模型的方法,对应用这两种动物模型研究硬皮病发病机制和中药临床治疗研究概况进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Scleroderma is characterized by tissue fibrosis,obliterative microangiopathy and immune abnormalities.The pathogenesis of scleroderma remains uncertain.It is important to establish animal model of scleroderma for elucidating the pathogenesis and treatment.This article reviewed the current understanding of the animal models of scleroderma and their role in research. |
