特大雪灾对合肥市园林树木的危害

2008年1月10日-2月10日期间，合肥遭遇了特大雪灾，给园林树木带来严重危害。于3—5月对合肥市逍遥津公园、天乐公园、环城公园、科学岛、肥西县苗圃等地的常见园林树木冻害情况进行了调查。结果表明：合肥市园林树木冻害分为两种类型，一类是冻伤，即由于树木受低温的伤害而使细胞和组织受伤，甚至死亡的现象（如梢头、枝叶枯死）；另一类是机械损伤，即由于冻雪或冰块的重力对树木的损伤，出现断梢、断枝、弯斜、倒地、翻蔸等现象。受害树木达十余种，其中受冻比较严重的有香樟、杜英、十大功劳、火炬松等。

Effect of Heavy Snow on Garden Trees in Hefei City

From January 10th to February 10th 2008, like most Chinese southern provinces, Hefei was encountered the especially big snow disaster which have not met for 50 years, bringing severe damage to horticultural trees. From March to May, 2008, the investigation for freezing damage on the common horticultural trees were carried on in some places such as Xiaoyao-jin Park, Tianle Park, Huancheng Park, Scientific Island, Feixi County Plant Nursery and so on.. The result indicated that the freezing damage of Hefei horticultural trees could be divided into two types, one kind is the frostbite - - namely as a result of the low temperature, the cell and the organization were injured, even died （for example branches and leaves died） ; another kind is the mechanical damage - - namely, because of the heavy pressure of freezing snow or ice, then the tree top were broken, snagged, curved, fell to the ground and turned the bundle and so on. More than ten kinds of tree were suffered from injury, Of them the plants with suffered seriously were Fragrant Camphor, Long- flowered ehretia, Mahonia, Loblolly pine and so on.
