巴西橡胶树热研7-33-97·PR107·RRIM600生理特性比较

目的]为热研7-33-97推广提供科学依据。方法]以3个橡胶树无性系热研7-33-97,PR107,RRIM600为试材,研究了不同品系的干胶含量,排胶初速度,堵塞指数,蔗糖,硫醇,无机磷,镁离子含量,黄色体破裂指数等生理指标。结果]RRIM600、热研7-33-97和PR107的干胶总产量分别为538.725、26.89和409.37 g。3个品种干含依次为PR107>RRIM600>热研7-33-97。热研7-33-97蔗糖含量介于RRIM600和PR107之间。RRIM600硫醇含量较低,热研7-33-97与PR107硫醇含量较高。热研7-33-97与RRIM600无机磷含量较高。热研7-33-97镁离子含量最高。破裂指数以热研7-33-97最高,RRIM600最低。品系PR107的堵塞指数在各个阶段均明显高于热研7-33-97与RRIM600。结论]热研7-33-97是一个较耐刺激且高产的品系。

Comparison on the Physiological Characters of Three Clones Reyan7-33-97,PR107,RRIM600 of Brazil Hevea brasiliensis

Objective] The study was to provide the scientific base for the generalization of Reyan 7-33-97.Method] With Hevea brasiliensis clones Reyan 7-3397,PR107 and RRIM 600 as tested material,the physiological characters of different lines such as dry rubber content,initial flow rate,plug index,the contents of sucrose,mercaptan,phosphorus and Mg2 and breaking index of lutoids were studied.Result] The total yield of dry rubber in Reyan 7-33-97,PR107 and RRIM 600 was 538.72,526.89 and 409.37 g resp.The dry rubber content of three varieties in order were PR107> RRIM600> Reyan7-33-97.The sucrose content of Reyan7-33-97 was between that of PR107 and RRIM 600.The mercaptan content of RRIM600 was lower and that of Reyan7-33-97 and PR107 was higher.The inorganic phosphorus contents of Reyan7-33-97 and PR107 were higher and the Mg2 content of Reyan7-3397 was highest.The breaking index of Reyan7-33-97 was highest and that of RRIM 600 was lowest.Plug indexes of PR107 at different stages were higher than that of Reyan 7-33-97 and RRIM 600.Conclusion] Reyan 7-33-97 was a good line with better tolerance to stimulation and high yield.
