阿魏菇菌丝体生长特性

摘    要:本文对采自新疆乌恰县的阿魏菇菌丝生长特性进行初步实验,结果表明,在试验范围内阿魏菇菌丝体最适碳源为蔗糖和淀粉,最适氮源为蛋白胨和酵母膏;最适温度为27 ℃;培养基最适含水量为64%;最适pH为7;菌丝在黑暗条件下生长良好;适宜的CO2浓度可刺激菌丝的生长.

Abstract:Fastest growth of Pleurotus ferulae mycelium was recorded at 27 ℃ on media adjusted to pH 7.0 and a moisture content of 64%, containing either sucrose or starch as carbon sources, either peptone or yeast extract as nitrogen sources, and in the absence of illumination. Mycelial growth was further enhanced when the CO2 concentration in the surrounding atmosphere was increased within in a certain range.
