| 摘 要： | 采用常规制片方法及荧光显微摄影计数法,观察分析琼花根尖的染色体数目、核型。结果表明:琼花根尖染色体数目(2n)为18,核型为12m、4sm、2st型,核型不对称系数为64.4%,属2B型。

| Abstract: | The chromosome number and karyotype of Viburnum macrocephalum f.keteleeri were observed and analyzed by root tip squash method and fluorescence microscope.The result shows that the number of chromosome is 2n=18 and karyotype formula is 12m,4sm,2st type,and As is 64.4%.The karyotype is belonging to 2B type. |
