| 摘 要： | 目的]减轻猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征对养猪业的危害。方法]对某猪场病死猪进行病理剖检,采集病猪肺脏、脾脏和淋巴等组织,经过研磨、冻融、加双抗、离心后取上清液。结果]采用RT-PCR方法进行实验室检测,结合病死症状及实验室结果,初步确定为感染PRRSV;根据室验室结果,采取相应的防治措施,已取得了较理想的效果。结论]该研究为今后猪感染高致病蓝耳病的诊断及防治提供了重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to relieve the harm of blue-eared pig disease to swine industry.Method] Pathologic autopsy of swine died from illness was carried out.After collecting lung,spleen,lymph tissue,etc.from body of swine,we run grind,freeze thawing,adding double-antibody,and centrifugalization,then aspirated supernate.Result] With the detection of RT-PCR,combining the symptom of death,PRRSV infection was determined preliminarily.According to the experiment results,prevention measures were adopted... |
