高温胁迫对早熟梨生理效应和早期落叶的影响

摘    要:测定不同高温胁迫时间对黄花梨、绿宝石梨幼苗叶片胞质膜相对透性(RMP),MDA、ASA、GSH含量,SOD、CAT、POD、APX酶活性和落叶、秋梢秋叶抽发时间及强度的影响.结果表明:在高温胁迫下,两个梨品种幼树叶片细胞质膜相对透性(RMP)持续增大,SOD、CAT、POD活性先降后升再下降,ASA含量先升后降、GSH持续上升;黄花梨叶片APX活性先降后升再下降,绿宝石叶片APX活性持续下降.高温胁迫均引起了叶片提前脱落,叶片开始脱落时间和完全脱落时间随高温胁迫时间延长而提前,高温胁迫导致了夏秋梢、夏秋叶抽发,抽发时间随胁迫时间延长而提前.

Abstract:The effect of high temperature stress on contents of RMP,MDA,ASA,GSH,activity of SOD,CAT,POD,APX,and time and strength of defoliation and autumn-shooting of 'Huanghua' and 'Lvbaoshi'pear was investigated in this paper.Results showed,under high temperature stress,contents of RMP and GSH raised continuously,activity of SOD,CAT,POD increased after reducing first,then reduced finally,and ASA contents reduced after increasing in two pear cultivars young trees.In 'Huanghua' pear leaves,APX activity increased afte...
