| 摘 要： | 以香蕉枯萎病菌为靶标,通过对70株锡尾矿真菌次生代谢产物进行抗菌活性测定.结果表明,对孢子萌发表现出抑制活性的菌株有24个,其中对孢子萌发抑制率为100%的菌株有9个,其余15个菌株对孢子萌发抑制率均可达80%以上;对菌丝生长表现出抑制作用的菌株有18个,其中抑菌圈直径20mm以上的有5个菌株,10～19 mm的有9个菌株,10 mm以下的有4个菌株,筛选到一批具有较好开发应用前景的锡尾矿真菌资源.

| Abstract: | The antifungal activity of 70 secondary metabolites of fungi isolated from waste tin mine against F.oxysporum f.sp cubense were examined.The results showed that the significant inhibitions on the conidium germination included 24 strains,9 strains with inhibition rate 100 %,and other 15 strains with inhibition rate above 80 %.18 strains of secondary metabolites could inhibit the mycelium growth markedly,5 strains with the radius of inhibition circle above 20 mm,9 strains with the radius of inhibition circle ... |
